This Privacy Policy explains how Añejo Catering Co. LLC ("Añejo," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use anejocateringco.com and our ordering, subscription, trainer-portal, and AI nutrition services (the "Services").

1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, company/organization, delivery address, order and subscription details, tasting/wholesale inquiries, and messages you send us.
- Trainer & client data: if you use the trainer portal, account details and the client records and plan inputs you enter (which may include goals and basic body metrics such as height, weight, and activity level).
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Square). We receive limited details such as confirmation and the last four digits of a card; we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, and usage data, including via cookies and similar technologies (see §5).
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we use it to text you the updates you requested. Message frequency varies based on your orders and deliveries (you may receive a message for each one), and message and data rates may apply. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for marketing — see §4 and the SMS terms.
2. How we use information
- To take, prepare, and fulfill orders and subscriptions, and to schedule pickup/delivery.
- To create and manage accounts and send transactional email (e.g., sign-in magic links, order receipts, plan emails) via our email provider (Resend).
- To generate macro targets and meal plans you request (see §3).
- To operate the trainer portal and calculate any revenue share.
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve the Services.
3. The AI nutrition tool
When you use the macro calculator, the inputs you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your results. We instruct our provider not to use submitted content to train its models. Outputs are estimates for general information only and are not medical or dietary advice. Avoid entering sensitive health details beyond what the tool requests.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf — e.g., hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Square), email (Resend), AI (Anthropic), and accounting (QuickBooks) — under contracts limiting their use.
- Trainers and clients as needed to deliver a plan you requested (e.g., a plan a trainer shares with their client).
- Legal & safety reasons, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
SMS / text messaging: When you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we use that number only to send the messages you asked for (order and delivery updates for customers; operational alerts for staff and vendors), delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio). Message frequency varies based on your orders and deliveries — you may receive a message for each order and each delivery, so volume depends on how often you order. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. 5. Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site (e.g., to keep you signed in) and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Sign-in links are short-lived. You may request deletion of your account data subject to records we must retain by law.
7. Your choices & rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence (for example, Florida or other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws), you may have additional rights; we will honor verified requests as required by applicable law. Transactional messages (receipts, sign-in links) are not marketing and may still be sent.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
